Awesome Sales/Service and Overall Dealership Experience We have purchased Hyundai vehicles since 2005. Usually we would purchase from Airport Hyundai in London or out -of-town dealers since we had bad expe We have purchased Hyundai vehicles since 2005. Usually we would purchase from Airport Hyundai in London or out -of-town dealers since we had bad experiences with SouthWest Hyundai in London. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle to replace her 2007 Santa Fe and she really liked the styling and redesign of the new 2013 Santa Fe. We were driving by Finch Hyundai and decided to stop in (I had purchased another vehicle from this dealership years ago when it was Finch GM and was happy with that experience so we decided to give them a shot). We were promptly greeted by our Salesperson Baldo Romeo and he got same basic information from us like: What type of car we were looking for, what our budget was, etc. We told him we were interested in the new Santa Fe, so he showed us that vehicle and explained and showed us all of the differences in the trim levels. When we told him that we always go for the fully loaded vehicles with all the bells and whistles he showed us the Sanat Fe Limited with NAV. He then let us take one out for a test drive. He also let us take out a Limited Tucson just for comparison sake. Well, my wife fell in love with the Santa Fe and we struck an awesome deal to purchase the vehicle. Baldo and Has Hijazi worked extremely hard to get us the best price they could and that we were comfortable with and at no time did we feel pressured or stressed. In fact they both worked hard to get us the Hyundai Loyalty discount which we should have received in the mail as previous Hyundai owners but didn't. Closing the deal was a breeze and when taking delivery Baldo made sure he went over the entire exterior and interior as well as all of the features of the vehicle and made sure we were entirely comfortable with the vehicle. We never experienced white glove service like this before and we loved it! We drove off in my wife's new vehicle and she was on Cloud 9. She loved it and still loves it! I must admit that I too fell in love with the vehicle so much so that about a month later, I returned to FInch Hyundai and traded in my 2007 Veracruz for a 2013 Santa Fe Limited with Nav (diferent colour, though). Again I dealt with Baldo and Has, and again the negotiation, purchase and delivery was a breeze. I must say I felt a little bad that I received the same treatment as my wife (I thought she was getting special treatment), but it turns out Baldo, Has and the whole FInch Hyundai family treat every customer like that! What a novel approach to care sales..treat the customers like family and they will return! Well Baldo, Has and the entire Finch Hyundai family have certainly perfected the art of customer service and I'm so glad we stopped in. In fact, my in-laws, who have purchased domestic vehicles their entire lives, will soon be purchasing a Hyundai vehicle from Baldo, because, we too believe in 'Keeping it in the family".
