Not Impressed Overall did not leave very satisfied.felt like typical dealership experience.(SCARY) feeling like I was only a commission and not a customer. After 3 weeks had car towed in for service after breaking down and was poorly handed by dealership.Poor communication and waiting to here whether my car was going to be covered by Hyundai.I would think after purchasing a brand new car and your car breaking down, my warranty would be a last concern. Than only to get a last minute call at end of day that they would cover rental for my inconvenience.(inconvenience). Overall a typical experience.I'm glad I don't purchase a new car every year.To stressful. As someone who works in retail dealerships should really focus on the customer not the sale.. I'm not one to make a scene or am I the customer that wants free stuff.I'm your 80% customer that will just keep quiet until its time to purchase a new car again, and will look back at the last experience I had and make the decision based on that experience and that experience alone. More
Happy Hyundai Customers Sean was a great sales rep for hyundai. We had went to ford, kia and honda and walked out of all three dealerships. The reason for that was because of each places service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I pretty well demand good service, especially where large sums of money are involved. When we met Sean, you could instantly tell he loves his job and is very good at what he does. He was able to meet all our needs and keep this new 2014 affordable for my parents. Not only was his customer service amazing, he was personable and extremely educated on other vehicles out there and their standards. I would highly recommend Sean Fitzpatrick to anyone! He has true passion in what he does for a living and is great at making compromises to make his customers happy. We walked out of every other dealership because those reps allowed us to. Sean was firm enough to see when we were going to walk away, and willing to adjusted certain things to make it work for my parents! Don't just go HYUNDAI because their cars are amazing, go SEAN FITZPATRICK because he is passionate about him job!! Lastly, a company with happy employees really enhances the brand of their business.. Jack certainly excelled! I am a 44 year old woman that has only bought used cars out of the paper, well there was this eye catching ad in the paper and I surprised myself by e I am a 44 year old woman that has only bought used cars out of the paper, well there was this eye catching ad in the paper and I surprised myself by emailing the site, which led to a call back from Jack Holmes! I was in the dealership that week and left the same day owning a brand new 2014 Accent! Dealing with Jack was like looking at a car with your Dad, you just knew he had your best interest at heart. He didn't try to push anything on me. He showed me exactly what was in my price range and then made it even better for me. We went for a test drive that same day and he explained everything to me in layman terms to make sure I wasn't overwhelmed with these uncharted waters. Jack introduced me to Clint to work out the finance part, who was very warm and courteous to me and my daughter and ensured she was included in the conversation, which showed me, that Clint was a family man, and that was very important to me and put me at ease once again. I left that day feeling very empowered and didn't have one bit of doubt or nervousness in my head, I knew I just made the right decision by buying from "FINCH" Hyundai. The thought of having a car payment for the first time was colossal to me, but not after Calm, Clint changed that. Jack & Clint are absolute assets to the "FINCH" team and I'm so lucky to have met them. I will refer Jack to everyone I meet! More

Baldo and Hass made my purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited so easy I couldn't believe it. From the no-pressure negotiations on price (I go a great deal!)to the delivery I felt so comfortable with both Baldo and Hass I would recommend these two to any of my friends (and I have!) The subsequent service visits were just as easy and all the departments I've dealt with (Sales, Service) have been pleasant and professional. What a terrific dealership! Please keep it up as there aren't too many dealerships that offer such 'White-Glove' service! More
