Wonderful experience! I haven't purchased a new vehicle for quite some time. Therefore, I was a bit nervous taking the "plunge." However, having worked with Sean turned o I haven't purchased a new vehicle for quite some time. Therefore, I was a bit nervous taking the "plunge." However, having worked with Sean turned out to be a very relaxing and comforting experience. Sean was patient with me and this allowed me to feel at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles. I wasn't 100% sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase when I first entered the dealership. He was able to spend as much time with me as needed to make an informed decision, one that was just right for me. I ended up purchasing a Tucson and I LOVE IT:) I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Finch Hyundai but more importantly to specifically recommend that they work with Sean. Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After owning my current vehicle a Nissan Altima for 11 years I decided it was time to start the anxiety filled search for a new car. I was looking at After owning my current vehicle a Nissan Altima for 11 years I decided it was time to start the anxiety filled search for a new car. I was looking at the Altima again, the KIA Optima and the Hyundai Sonata. As car buying is intimidating to begin with being a female car buyer can be even more intimidating. I asked my brother in law if he knew anyone at Finch Hyundai and he referred me to Sean Fitzpatrick and said he would take good care of me. Sean did not disappoint, I dropped in on on a very busy Saturday but he invited me into the office without hesitation. I explained to him that I had already been to KIA and drove the Optima but that I was interested in the Sonata as well. Sean listened to what i was looking for and suggested the Sonata Hybrid which I had never even thought of. I was not really familiar what the benefits of the Hybrid were and how it worked but Sean took the time to explain everything to me and to show me in the car where everything was and how it worked. We took it for a test drive and I immediately loved it as Sean said I would and I said where do I sign. Along with loving the vehicle the deal was amazing. Within 5 days I had my new car without any hesitation or regret. Sean introduced me to Clint for the financing end of the deal , another great experience as all my questions were answered and any concerns I had regarding past experiences were alleviated. When I picked up my car Sean put my new plates on showed me how everything on the exterior worked then sat with me and went through all the interior functions and even set up my blue tooth which I wasn't even sure I had. : - ) Sean is very personable, has a sense of humour, always greeted me with a smile and is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This car buying experience was not filled with anxiety it was actually a pleasure. I will have no hesitation in referring friends, family, acquaintances to Sean Fiztpatrick and the FINCH Hyundai team. More

When my Dad passed I was able to walk in and get my Mom a vehicle with ease and at a great and fair price that both of us could live with. Within a year I walked back in for myself and bought another vehicle for myself.
