Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After owning my current vehicle a Nissan Altima for 11 years I decided it was time to start the anxiety filled search for a new car. I was looking at the Altima again, the KIA Optima and the Hyundai Sonata. As car buying is intimidating to begin with being a female car buyer can be even more intimidating. I asked my brother in law if he knew anyone at Finch Hyundai and he referred me to Sean Fitzpatrick and said he would take good care of me. Sean did not disappoint, I dropped in on on a very busy Saturday but he invited me into the office without hesitation. I explained to him that I had already been to KIA and drove the Optima but that I was interested in the Sonata as well. Sean listened to what i was looking for and suggested the Sonata Hybrid which I had never even thought of. I was not really familiar what the benefits of the Hybrid were and how it worked but Sean took the time to explain everything to me and to show me in the car where everything was and how it worked. We took it for a test drive and I immediately loved it as Sean said I would and I said where do I sign. Along with loving the vehicle the deal was amazing. Within 5 days I had my new car without any hesitation or regret. Sean introduced me to Clint for the financing end of the deal , another great experience as all my questions were answered and any concerns I had regarding past experiences were alleviated. When I picked up my car Sean put my new plates on showed me how everything on the exterior worked then sat with me and went through all the interior functions and even set up my blue tooth which I wasn't even sure I had. : - ) Sean is very personable, has a sense of humour, always greeted me with a smile and is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This car buying experience was not filled with anxiety it was actually a pleasure. I will have no hesitation in referring friends, family, acquaintances to Sean Fiztpatrick and the FINCH Hyundai team. More

When my Dad passed I was able to walk in and get my Mom a vehicle with ease and at a great and fair price that both of us could live with. A Friendly Face I had visited every car dealer in London looking for an SUV. When I came into Finch Hyundai I was impressed by the Tucson and was interested in taking I had visited every car dealer in London looking for an SUV. When I came into Finch Hyundai I was impressed by the Tucson and was interested in taking it for a test drive. I noticed a dealer who had his coat and bag and looked like he was leaving for the day... he gave a warm smile and asked if we were doing ok. I told him I was interested in testing the Tucson. He asked for me to give him 2 minutes and he went and put his things back in his office. He spent the next hour and half speaking with me and taking me for a test drive. He was not pushy or rude, he gave me what I feel was honest feedback on the vehicle and what kind of pricing I would be looking at. After visiting at least 10 other dealerships that day, this was the only sales representative I met with whom I felt at ease with. His customer service skills are by far exceptional. I'm not sure if he was late for dinner that evening or not but I totally appreciate the time and effort he put into making me feel like I mattered and that he was going to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I have recommended the Finch Hyundai dealership to several people... and I will continue to do so in the future. I know I will be back to deal with Jeff again when the time comes to trade in my Tucson! More

Fantastic Experience at Finch Hyundai! My wife and I started looking for a new car about 2 months ago and had surveyed most of the dealerships in London and had decided to focus more on Fin My wife and I started looking for a new car about 2 months ago and had surveyed most of the dealerships in London and had decided to focus more on Finch Hyundai. We are very glad we did! Early on a Saturday I wandered into the dealership looking for a late model Elantra or Sonata. Larry McMullan greeted me and we quickly hit it off talking about cars in general and Hyundai's in particular. After looking at a few cars on the lot Larry suggested I consider the Genesis they had sitting in the showroom. It was a gorgeous car, fully loaded with every bell and whistle, but was not what we had initially tho9ught we would be looking for. I left with some food for thought. A weel later Larry called us to let us know a Sonata 2.0T had come in and my wife and I went in to test drive it. We liked it and thought that would be the car for us, but then we re-drove the Genesis. There was no comparison for us, the Genny won us over instantly! Our heartfelt thanks to Larry for his no pressure approach, and for his willingness to stay with us to finalize the deal an hour after the dealership closed. His suggestion to expand our search to include the Genesis was the best car advice ever! We have had the car for a couple of weeks and absolutely love it (as do all our friends)!!!
