We are from out of town and our engine light came on while passing through London, On. We required a replacement of the Diesel EGR valve. We found our way to Finch Chrysler service department and were g while passing through London, On. We required a replacement of the Diesel EGR valve. We found our way to Finch Chrysler service department and were greeted by service advisor Pete Donald. Pete got our truck in quickly and found we had to wait for parts to arrive. They shuttled us to a hotel for an overnight stay and back again the next morning. Pete kept us informed of every step in the repair process.
