No pressure sale made the sale!! Thank you Ginny! My girlfriend and I had done a lot of online research prior to selecting a new vehicle. We had it down to a Ford Edge, Toyota RAV 4, Hyundai Senta Fe, My girlfriend and I had done a lot of online research prior to selecting a new vehicle. We had it down to a Ford Edge, Toyota RAV 4, Hyundai Senta Fe, Chevrolet Equinox and the Dodge Journey. When it came to entering the dealerships to test drive the vehicles every one of those dealerships other then the Finch Dealership made us feel pressured to buy or treated us as though we couldn't afford the vehicle being a younger couple. Ginny was amazing to deal with. When we met her and asked to test drive a fully loaded Dodge Journey AWD RT because this was the trim level in every other lineup that we were test driving she didn't hesitate to toss us the keys and allowed us to drive it alone. This allowed us to talk about the experience without a sales person breathing over our shoulder. This no pressure sale along with a friendly personality allowed her to lock the sale up. She didn't need to sell us the vehicle..... We sold ourselves on it. With having access to all the information online about the different vehicles the sales role should adopt to an educated customer who knows the trim levels and pricing better then some of the employees. Ginny did just that. She treated us as a potential buyer not just a window shopper. The experience was great and I would strongly recommend dealing with Ginny for an awesome sales experience and the Dodge Journey AWD RT for a comfortable family friendly ride!! :) More
