Our new to us van with stow and go seats has one seat that will not stow. Finch had it for 2 full days and returned it to us with the problem still there. Today we finally heard back from them to schedul that will not stow. Finch had it for 2 full days and returned it to us with the problem still there. Today we finally heard back from them to schedule a date to have the work done. Since this will take all day we miss being able to work for that day. It is due to go back in March 8th. Missing 3 days work after replacing our older van as we were sure it was no longer reliable to drive has really left us with a sour taste in our mouths. So much for being proactive. Oh and still not sure if this is covered under the warranty, the defective battery wasn't. My husband doesn't like to make waves so he will say all is fine but it was not and you can be sure this is the last time he purchases from this dealership. My son wanted to buy a truck so we decided to go to Finch Dodge Chrysler Jeep to see Steve MacIsaac who was previous at Audi where I purchased an A3 from him. We test drove a few trucks and within a couple days my son purchased a truck from Steve. My son wanted to purchase a few extras for the truck and Steve took care of it all and even booking it in for all the installs. We picked it up yesterday and the truck looks incredible.
