I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with Dianne's professionalism and attention to detail. She knows her product inside and out (which is something all sales people should, but often don't). Before picking my ATS, she ensured that I was completely familiar with the vehicle, even going so far as to help me pair my cellphone with the infotainment system. I have also purchased a new set of snow tires and rims for the vehicle. Dianne connected me with the service department and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.
