First car shopping experience = wonderful! Buying a car was NOT something I was excited about, I was worried about my credit and being able to afford it without ending up in a car I hated. He has proven himself over the years and goes out of his way to make me feel as if at that moment in time, I am the most important person in his day. Craig listens to me, understands my concerns, patiently goes through all the ins and outs of the purchase and is not satisfied until he feels I am happy with the entire procedure.
