He was with us the entire time explaining the process to us and helping us (I mean me) pick the car of our (my) dreams. We went in to buy a 2016/2017 Equinox and we left with a 2018 Equinox Premier True North Edition. I can honestly say it was a great experience and we've already recommended Craig to friends and family. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. More

My situation left me feeling hopeless and very stressed out. My boyfriend and I heard the commercial on the radio about “Help Auto” & that Justin was available to help people with a variety of financial backgrounds get a vehicle. I contacted Finch through their text message feature online specifically requesting Justin who got in touch with me within 2 hours. Not only did he have a vehicle in my price range within a couple days - it was the car I wanted to get but wasn’t sure I could - AND nicer/newer than I thought I could get!
