I had the good fortune to obtain the services of one of the best Car Sales People I've ever dealt with (and I've been buying cars for almost 60 years), Barry Beckles. Barry, in my opinion, rated a 10 out of 5 (that's right, 10 out of 5), but I only gave the dealership a 4 out of 5, in the scoring for this review, because of the hard core way the Sales Manager treated us and because of a rather negative, embarrassing experience I had in the service department a few months later (a personnel issue, not a service issue). My wife had a Dr appoint some time later ,back to London, looked for a car same dealer ship,bumped into Adam. Asked him about three year old Gmc Terrain .loaded. Sold lies. The agent I worked with, Adam meddaoui, had very little knowledge of the vehicle I was looking to buy. I was told it came with a 6 liter engine, and ALL other upgrades. including the Bose stereo which I explained was very important to me. I was assured it had everything. Shortly after getting the keys In my hand and flipping through the owners manual I was shocked to discover that my truck was without the Bose audio upgrade. Possibly an honest mistake, but confident I would be looked after. To my surprise I was told there was nothing they could do except install some upgraded speakers for $4000. They sold me the truck with false information and did nothing to help me after the papers were signed. Not free accessories, snow tires, wiper blades, license plate cover, nothing. Thanks for your $70,000, too bad for you. Also I booked a slot to have accessories installed. Took 3.5 hours for a bug deflector and 4 mud flaps. Very difficult to book a practical time for service within a reasonable time line. Based off of this, I would not recommend them. Typical car salesman. Not impressed. More

Was put in contact with Nick in sales. Nick was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly willing to go the extra mile to find the right fit for me. This was the first major car purchase, and Nick and the team were incredibly helpful and patient helping me understand everything going on the entire way through the process. The time was right to upgrade! I have had the same Pontiac for over 13 years. It was time for a serious upgrade. I have had my eye on the Buick Encore for quite some time now. I looked some other options but I was set on getting an Encore. Nick was able to get me the vehicle I wanted within my budget and a bonus we found one with a heated steering wheel (sooo nice) ! I prefer to deal with Finch than any other car dealership that I have been to. They have been by far the best option for purchasing vehicles. Friendly, helpful and realistic. All dealerships are based on sales but they didn't pressure me into a sale. Picking up the vehicle took a bit longer than expected but Nick made sure I didn't feel like I was forgotten. Overall Happy Customer! More
