I wanted to crunch some numbers and see if something could be worked out. Six hours later I bought a new car. From beginning to end I was treated like a king! Paul Duerden is a great salesman. Very accommodating and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Also I would like to thank Chris Ouellette in finance. He made everything crystal clear. No pressure what so ever! On a side note I didn't deal with Tim Polley this day but I have in the past and he is excellent. Brian Finch should be very proud of the team that works for him. All my future business will be with this dealership and the 3 individuals I mentioned above. It is my pleasure to recommend Brian Finch Cadillac Buick GMC. I didn't know what I wanted I really wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. I liked Jody's approach. She was very good at listening to what I wanted in my car and would regularly send I really wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. I liked Jody's approach. He spent a couple hours showing us and letting us do several drive tests and giving us financial info. We needed to leave and rethink our options. We called Nick later in the day and returned the next afternoon and purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Cruise. Mr Finch is a hard man to bargain with but we finally got it done. We were a bit disappointed we had to wait almost week to pick up the car we had chosen as it was already on the lot. Nick was there with a big wave when we went to get it, he is very friendly and professional young fellow. More

As a 22-year old student, this task can seem most daunting indeed, but due to the support of the staff at the dealership, I felt right at home. Gerry Tracey was a superb sales person, but also an honest and hardworking fellow who will tell you the honest truth on what needs to be done. It is obvious that he cares about his work at the same level as he cares for his customers, and that is at the highest level. I'm glad that out of all the people I could have met to guide me on this major purchase of my life, that it was Gerry who was there. Not only that, my parents also bought a car from him even though they were scared to do so since they haven't owned a new car since maybe the 1990s. All in all, I hope he keeps doing excellent work and hope to see him around for the next chance we get at a new car! More

She mentioned that all were in meeting, but she said that she would get somebody right away. Chris Stott ntroduced himself and we went into his office to discus my needs. Craig was very helpful in explaining the various options available to me. He offered that I test drive a car, but as it didn't fit my wife's needs, he had me try a couple others. We finally decided on a '14 Cadillac which we took home that night. We liked it and I then sat down with him to complete the purchase the next day. He had me sit with Chris Ouellete to explain further options and credit requirements, which he explained in full detail. Craig then advised the car would be available on Monday. When I arrived he went over all the elements of the new car, explaining the various options available on the screens and OnStar usage. All said it was an enjoyable encounter with Craig as he treated us with great care. More
