Hi Trevor, Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to advise of your experience with Favorit Motors. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued customers. I am disappointed to hear about your experience with your truck and certainly empathize with some of the points you addressed in your review. Having been given all exchanges of communication between you and the concerned parties, they did advise me of the warranty provided to you at dealership cost upon the initial post delivery for the differential. To my understanding, the additional concerns that happened quite some time after were unfortunately not brought to the dealership’s attention until after you had personally made to the decision to go through with a warranty claim that required you to compensate for the additional expense yourself. Now at the time, the warranty company did offer two coverage options for the transmission: 1) a used transmission at no additional expense to you (or) 2) a rebuilt transmission with additional expense required by you. Given your decision to proceed with option 2 before communicating with us left us with no opportunity to try and make this better for you. All in all, we apologize with absolute sincerity and do regret that this could not have been handled better.
