disappointed with follow up after initially great experience after purchasing a BMW in Feb 2016 and having had several (4) breakdowns ( no fault of the dealer I might add), I got to the point where i wanted to t after purchasing a BMW in Feb 2016 and having had several (4) breakdowns ( no fault of the dealer I might add), I got to the point where i wanted to trade my vehicle on one more reliable. I would say up to this point about a couple of months ago, I found the dealer to be responsive. After 2 emails and 2 messages left to ask for a trade in value and also specific info about a particular type of vehicle that Ali was going to look into for me, I received no response. As a result and also the need for making a trade, I had to take my business elsewhere which was unfortunate for Faraz as they are the ones who lost the repeat opportunity in this case. More

excellent no pressure experience and after sales service I recently purchased an X5 and found the experience with Faraz to be superb. Nick was straightforward and honest in his dealings about the vehicle an I recently purchased an X5 and found the experience with Faraz to be superb. Nick was straightforward and honest in his dealings about the vehicle and in fact encouraged us to have the vehicle checked out by our mechanic as we live in the Ottawa area and was not possible to do so pre-sale. We did have an extensive inspection conducted and found only a couple of minor items that I presented to Nick and Ali. Within 24 hours I received a phone call and was offered a fair amount to compensate for these items. Ali and Nick along with Ali's father, understand there are many choices a consumer has when purchasing a vehicle and don't take this for granted as they truly strive to make the experience professional yet personal. What I probably appreciated the most was being told how much my business was appreciated. Not only did they mean that in the spoken word, they backed their talk with action! Right from the start I was impressed with the level of Customer service I received. I had an after sale issue with a very minor part, and rather than being treated as a burden I was blown away by the way they handled my needs. Firstly, I brought the car by for their mechanic to inspect, to see if it could be fixed on the spot of if it required a longer time-frame to repair. it was determined that a part needed to be ordered so they immediately drove me back to work so that I didn't have to wait around. OH, but first they sent me to a neighboring restaurant where they paid for my lunch! Once the car was repaired, the owner came to pick me up at work and drove me to the dealership. All of this was done with a smile and a handshake - and best of all I didn't have to pay a cent! If you are looking to purchase a high end vehicle and want to be treated like you deserve to be treated, this is the place for you. Great job Nick, Ali & Ben. At first I was not sure about the car that I chose ( Toyota 2014) but when I went around to look for the similar car at other places, I realized that the best offer and service i got was at Faraz Auto Sales. I came back and got the car, and since then I no problem with it. But recently my car's windshield cracked and they helped me to fix it in the same day for a reasonable prize. It was a good service. Every other web site has negative reviews about this dealer. I personally have dealt with Faraz and only have good things to say about office staff. The girl that did my financing was great. However the owner and his son (junior) are con artists. Check the ads very carefully. If it doesn't state no accidents then its been in a wreck. The car I bought was in a wreck and now I'm dealing with issues around that. I have made 4 trips to the dealer to meet with son and every time I get there he is a no show. At lunch or gone for the day! Now I have hired a lawyer to help resolve these issues. More

When we got there we were greeted like a long lost family relative and the car we wanted to review was parked out front waiting for an introduction and a test drive. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's options and it's potential faults. They shared the vehicles history and finally sent us on our way to "sleep on it" before a purchase. They also have a very large showroom with many competing vehicles so it was easy for my wife and I to review other potential brands before making our final selection. We did buy the car the next day. We absolutely love the vehicle and more importantly, the way my wife and I were treated throughout the entire experience. More

At the end of the day, you can tell that the sales staff work very hard to maintain their client base, make new business relationships, and it's evident they try to be as reasonable and accommodating as possible.
