Don't know how they stay in business May 2019 took my 2017 Edge in as the service engine light would not go off. First attempt lasted a day. Second attempt lasted a day, third attempt r May 2019 took my 2017 Edge in as the service engine light would not go off. First attempt lasted a day. Second attempt lasted a day, third attempt resulted in the tec. WORKING THE WHOLE DAY ON THE WRONG CAR. Forth attempt was successful. June I had Fairway Ford install a trailer hitch and wiring. Obviously they did not check to see if the trailer brake light switch worked as it did not. Waited 9 days for an appointment to have this looked at.. Second trip to this dealership, they admitted they installed the wrong part and it was fixed on the third trip to their shop. Lets see, seven trips to have two items fixed but it gets better. Sept. 30th I had the oil and filter changed and I specifically asked that the tires be rotated. I marked the right rear tire. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if the tires had been rotated and I was told that had been done.. Guess what? It had not been done. Presently 8 trips for three items. With kind of service, I don't know how they stay in business More
