Recently had our 15 Mustang in for service and everything was handled without fuss with Etta. November 19, 2019 After driving an hour and a half to take my truck in to get repairs at a day and time picked by the assistant service manager (9:30 am), I find out th After driving an hour and a half to take my truck in to get repairs at a day and time picked by the assistant service manager (9:30 am), I find out the following day, after no response to email to assistant service manager and a couple phone calls, that my truck was still sitting outside in the rain and hadn't been touched and they didn't know when it would be completed. Totally unorganized service department. I ended up going back (another 3 hrs driving both ways) and picked up my truck and will take it somewhere else to get fixed. You would think that since I had purchased the vehicle there and that I was dealing directly with the assistant service manager because of a previous bad experience, that they would have made the effort to get things done the way they promised but nooooooooooo, the management of this dealership couldn't give a rats. Won't buy another vehicle here nor have anything else to do with this dealership going forward and my suggestion is for others to do the same. More

My car was giving me some problems I couldn't figure out so I brought it in. Upon my arrival Martin escorted me to the service department where I not only got my car fixed up I even got a loaner car to acco so I brought it in. Start of the winter season!! Been working a lot of hours; and needed to get my winter tires switched. Texted Martin for help, since there was a snow storm coming! Martin quickly booked an appointment with se and needed to get my winter tires switched. Texted Martin for help, since there was a snow storm coming! Martin quickly booked an appointment with service to switch my winter tires. Joe (service) had my winter tires from tire hotel brought in quick fast! I had my tires switched over in about an hour! Got it done in time to get back to work from my break!! The service at Erinwood was excellent! Martin and Joe really took care of me! More

Desperate to get my winter tires put on..after our first snow fall..I went to Erinwood Ford hoping to get it done. I knew it was going to be touchy, since I figured they'd be crazy busy. Came in and talked snow fall..I went to Erinwood Ford hoping to get it done. I knew it was going to be touchy, since I figured they'd be crazy busy. Came in and talked to Martin. He said he'd try and help me. He went to talk to Joe in service. They both saw a busy service; and made it happen! I got my winter tires installed in less than 3h!! Amazing service from both Martin and Joe!! Now I'm a lil less stressed on the road.. More
