Graham made that poorly timed experience a whole lot less of a nightmare than it could have been. We'll go back and see him at the end of this lease as well. More

This is the third vehicle that I have leased from this dealership and I come back because of the dedication and excellent customer service from Dave. He is enthusiastic, knows his product and makes the whole experience fun as well. I wanted a 2015 Ford Escape and he provided all the necessary details about the vehicle and also compared it to the Ford Edge to see if that was a better vehicle for me. The Escape won out and we ordered it. Dave was in contact with me by phone and email when necessary and did a fantastic job keeping me informed. He was also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company that seemed have a big problem sending a binder form to him. Two days and at least 5 phone calls to them didn't discourage him. He kept working on the problem and won out. I feel this shows great dedication and excellent care of his customer. I will definitely be back for a fourth vehicle and hope to see Dave again!! More

From the moment I stepped in here I went into Erinwood Ford after a bad experience with another unmentioned Dealer in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area. From the moment I stepped in here there was already a much more friendly and helpful environment. After doing some research and reading reviews I figured i've got nothing to lose. I received a great deal on my trade in as well as a great new 2015 Mustang GT. I would like to thank Mark Maguire for all the help and patience while making the sale. Mark even came in early on a Sunday morning to help learn how to drive a stick shift :) If you're looking for a new car and a great trade in price I recommend Erinwood Ford. Nick, thanks for the great stories and giving me a great deal! I will be referring all my family and friends to this dealership for their future car purchases! Robert Ahamad is without a doubt the best saleperson I have met. That being said he introduced me to a number of sales people there and they all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. There was no competition between them and they made me feel comfortable. When I went out to the service area I was surprised to see some of the service agents that I had met at other dealerships that have sinced closed. I was happy to know that I would still be able to go to any of them there and feel comfortable that my car would receive the same great service they had always given me. This is a good dealership and I would recommend it to anybody. More

Flat tire My wife viewed a used Escape with George Wang, sales person, who was very polite and non aggressive which we prefer. When we left the dealership I noticed I had a flat tire. I went back in to Erinwoodford to see if they had someone who would be able to assist us with repairing the flat. Brad Cruikshank, the Sales Manager came out to my car with a pump in order to get some air back in the tire. While the air was pumping he ran down the road to their service dept. to see if they could take my car in and repair the tire. He ran back and said they could do it. So once enough air was in the tire he drove the car down to the service bay. Then he went on his way back to his job and we waited for our tire to be repaired. Within a half hour the repair was done. I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge which was totally unexpected. When i was looking at the escape they said that customer satisfaction is uppermost and I believe them after this, and still no pressure to buy from them. More
