Erinwood Ford is part of a number of dealers we visited during our search for a new truck, and we looked at most full size pickup trucks available on the market , however after careful consideration and some research we decided on the Ford F-150 because we have come to the conclusion that it is currently the best product in its category, and further to that we chose Erinwood Ford as the place to make the purchase because Addy Seth stood out as the best sales professional and -- more importantly to us -- a truly genuine person. Addy is very knowledgeable, and it is readily apparent that Addy enjoys working with people. He is patient and will present and explain all available options and if necessary will offer helpful suggestions when appropriate. He quickly steered us to the truck we wanted, with no pressure or sales tactics. Addy continued to assist us with our truck purchase long after we signed on the dotted line and long after we happily drove our new truck off the Erinwood Ford lot to its new home. Addy helped us get the proper winter tire and rim package for the truck, from presenting us with some excellent choices in tires all the way to setting up the necessary service appointments and making sure that we received exactly the tire and rim package we ordered. Addy continues to provide support whenever we have issues or questions related to our new truck by promptly responding to our calls and emails. Buying our truck from Addy Seth didn't just get us the new vehicle we wanted; it has created a connection with someone who went above and beyond what was expected, to deliver on what was promised and agreed on, to foster a relationship of trust and understanding. First car buying experience was superb and smooth. I heard a few horror stories about salesmen slipping fees into a contract without the buyer's knowledge, and so naturally I was a bit anxious, being someone that is budget friendly. I asked around, and a few of my good friends had went to Erinwood and reported a great experience, so that's where I went. I wanted two things: transparency, and timeliness. I got just that! Victor who was my sales guy, was amazing! Didn't at all have a sales tone about him. Rather, I felt I was talking to a friend. He was very transparent with me all throughout, giving me a break-down of the numbers and telling me exactly what I needed to bring so that I could walk out with my focus the next day. Victor followed up with me the week after I picked up my car and made sure I was happy. Overall, fabulous experience! More
