I checked out the website to see if they had available stock of what we were looking for and they had a great selection available. For some reason I decided to checked out the Staff section of the website as a scrolled through the pics, I stopped at the picture of a sales representative with a big smile, he caught my attention. The next morning on the Sunday we called the dealership to arrange an appointment for that day. When we arrived to the dealership, to our delight we were scheduled to see Mark! The guy on the website with the big smile. I had a good feeling about this place and we confidently bought our vehicle that same day. Our experience at Erinwood Ford, was extremely positive and easy going. Starting from browsing on their website to the friendly reception and dealing with Mark and his great support team. His personable and trusting nature made it a pleasure to conduct business at the dealership. He took great care explaining each step of the buying process and hands-on instruction of various auto components. My new car experience I just recently picked up my brand new Ford Escape. This was my first brand new car and at age 59 I thought this would be a little stressful. However I just recently picked up my brand new Ford Escape. This was my first brand new car and at age 59 I thought this would be a little stressful.
