He did everything in his power to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at a price that I could afford and he was genuinely happy for me and my new purchase. I have since had to go back a couple of times to sign paperwork due to computer glitches, and for my trouble, they rewarded me with a gas top up for my new Escape.
