Our 2013 Lexus RX350 was taken in for one of its major service (Approx 32,000k) as well to have the interior shampooed for my son had vomited in it (due to the stomach flu). I had an unforeseen issue with my vehicle yesterday causing me to bring it into the dealership without an appointment. Scott was able to fit me in, provide transportation to work and kept me informed by calling to verify information about previous work completed. When my vehicle was ready for pick-up he clearly explained the labor, took the time to develop a customer relationship by talking to me on a personal level and assured me that Lexus would take care of any future issues. The entire event from start to end was extremely positive and left me feeling satisfied with the Lexus brand and high level of customer service at this dealership. Scott demonstrated knowledge, empathy for my concerns, honest communication and an overall warm demeanor. He is an excellent example of the customer-client experience and what the present and future of service levels should strive for. I would definitely recommend the Lexus Erin Park dealership and Scott for advancement. Kudos to employing a knowledgeable, approachable and skilled team member in an industry where this is rare to find. It is very rare to find such an honest individual especially when it comes to vehicle servicing. I recently visited a Lexus Service Center located close to my home in Oakville and I was very disappointed by the extremely poor customer service. The level of customer care is definitely worth the drive to Mississauga. I would highly recommend Erin Park Lexus Service Center as a result of their high standard of perfection and their exceptional customer service. More

My Lexus IS suddenly did not start and went completely dead and inoperable while waiting in a car wash line-up, where my car had rolled back to the car behind me. Both the footbrake and the brake also became inoperable, leaving me no way to stop the car from rolling back to the car behind me. Luckily, Erin Park Lexus was not very far from where my car had broken down, hence my car was dropped off by the tow truck at that location. This was when Scott Bertrand had their service team immediately service my car in a professional and timely manner. After the service had been performed, I was advised by Scott that the other Lexus dealership that I normally go to should have advised me that my battery was going. I had my battery replaced and Scott had their service team inspect my car and run a test to ensure that it is in perfect condition before giving it back to me. Compared to the other Lexus dealership, Scott made me feel welcome at Erin Park Lexus, while the staff of the other Lexus dealership made me feel unwelcome and made me feel that they just wanted to get rid of me as soon as they can. A completely opposite experience between the Lexus dealerships. I had contacted Scott Bertrand again and I will have my Lexus inspected even further and do all the necessary maintenance that needs to be done that the other Lexus dealership may not have done nor informed me about, just like my battery dying. Scott Bertrand had Erin Park Lexus win my future business, a business that the other Lexus dealership did not seem to want or value as much. Next time people ask me about my Lexus experience, I will definitely recommend and promote Erin Park Lexus. More
