Our 2013 Lexus RX350 was taken in for one of its major service (Approx 32,000k) as well to have the interior shampooed for my son had vomited in it (due to the stomach flu). When my vehicle was ready for pick-up he clearly explained the labor, took the time to develop a customer relationship by talking to me on a personal level and assured me that Lexus would take care of any future issues. The entire event from start to end was extremely positive and left me feeling satisfied with the Lexus brand and high level of customer service at this dealership. Scott demonstrated knowledge, empathy for my concerns, honest communication and an overall warm demeanor.
