Excellent service. They are a great team. They are very professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide m professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide me with a rental Lexus despite being closed. They also called back Tom from Enterprise rental to assist me though he left for the day. They are a very good team They provided me a brand new Lexus with only 3000k on it What a great experience. They are working on the transmission and have told me to take my time keeping the rental. Excellent service and I will def be going back to them for all my future needs with them. Communication concerning my vehicle was clear, concise and honest. Staff demonstrated a "Customer First" attitude with all the customers I saw on the dealership floor. They were not only friendly, but made a terrific effort to be as accommodating as possible. Service personnel such as Paul and Sid were extremely helpful, acted decisively with respect to an appropriate course of action, explained things clearly and in a friendly manner, and above all acted with integrity. These are truly the hallmarks of an excellent organization. Not having bought my vehicle at this dealership, they go out of their way to make sure that I get the recommended service without upselling as other dealerships do. They are accurate on their cost estimates and more importantly, on when the vehicle is ready. Most importantly, they react quickly and effectively when I need service or something done to the vehicle. Courtesy shuttles or vehicles are provided without any problem or hassle and they are open late to receive and pick up vehicles as well. I got a big nail on one of my tires. The tricky part is that the nail is positioned in the most dangerous point of the tire that could result safety risks if not properly repaired, otherwise it's better to that the nail is positioned in the most dangerous point of the tire that could result safety risks if not properly repaired, otherwise it's better to replace the tire.
