15 years at this dealership I am going to keep this short. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and had multiple cars serviced here probably 50 times or more during I am going to keep this short. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and had multiple cars serviced here probably 50 times or more during this timeframe as I have always serviced the vehicles at the dealership. I have waited too long to write a review but this one is based on numerous contacts with this dealership and the people here so I will make up for it. Norman Karkada has been wonderful and fair in dealings on each sale (three) and I appreciate his advice and assistance. Sid Amalsadvala should be teaching customer service at Lexus University. His attention is always focused on me when I am there. My wife remarks that I am like a VIP in this dealership but the truth is I know they treat everyone that way! Scott Bertrand, Paul Machado, and Ryan Sheehey have consistently dealt with me with kindness and efficiency. They know I have to get to work and they simply make it easy for me. I have also had good service from Carly Tam but less contact with her. I recently moved and I now drive 50 km to get my car serviced here. This is simply a top notch dealership. Simply put, you will be treated properly here. If you are in the market for a Lexus this is the place to come. More

My Service Consultant - Scott Bertrand looked after the usual summer tire installation and tune up. I had mentioned that my son had a minor collision in a non-Lexus auto and that he was looking at getting the damage repaired. Even though his car isn't a Lexus, Scott called over a colleague and had him inspect the damage. They jumped on the phone and found the parts needed...at a large saving....and the car is now in their shop. This isn't the first time Scott and Lexus have looked after me without regard to whether they were benefiting. When people ask me why I am on my 5th Lexus, the answer is simple....the car is terrific and the service always exceeds! More

Recent Service Visit Recently I had to take car in to have warning lights reset. Some service work was diagnosed and performed. Car is a 2007 IS 250 and over the years has been well cared for by the service team and continues to perform as if new. Scott Bertrand was the service rep and as usual did an excellent job. Having said that, the whole team has consistently provided excellent support since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus. Now all my family in the Toronto area drive Lexus and there has been no disappointment. In sales, Abdul Ramadan has been terrific as well as Sid in service management.. TMN More
