Excellent service consistently I have dealt with Scott a number of times, most recently a few weeks ago when my rear brakes had to be replaced. I called this morning after I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Scott had me come in immediately even though i didn't have an appointment pre-booked. He correctly assessed that the nail hadn't punctured the tire but still had a technician double check. He also scheduled me in for a full day service that was due this month on the car. I was given a loaner for the day. My car was ready much earlier than expected. The level of professional courtesy and friendliness extended by Scott makes every visit a pleasant experience. Scott treats my car as he would his own! More

Thanks for a Great Experince My wife noticed the low tire pressure rating on her Lexus RX350 which was the result of a Large screw that had punctured the tire. One extra thing that he did to really impress me > he fixed my broken cargo net by taking a clip from a broken spare one he had hanging around and transformed mine like it was 'brand-new'! They are always very courteous, friendly and service oriented. I can count on them to ensure I have the service performed on the vehicle that is necessary to keep it running well and always reliable. Scott Bertrand does an amazing job informing me what/why a specific service is required and expalining the purpose for the procedure. He is always very accurate with how long it is going to take so I can plan my day. I'm always impressed with his knowledge, and the humour he brings to the job. Just a great individual and Lexus should be proud to have such an individual on their service team. Sid Amalsadvala and Abdul Ramadan always makes a point of saying hello when I'm in for serivce and asking if I'm satisfied or if there is anything they can do for me.
