The defects were not very obvious and would be considered "normal" to the general public but being a luxury car I expected a better finished product from Lexus. However Scott Bertrand, the service representative I dealt with at Erin Park Lexus, was able to help me get a replacement hassle free. The replacement process was quick and efficient from the time of ordering the part to the physical installation. They also provided me with a rental for the inconvenience and a thorough car wash on my IS after everything was completed. Definitely recommend this dealership for service to all Lexus owners. Scott Bertrand and Sid Amalsadvala could not have been more courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make my visit efficient, pleasant and effective. Scott went out of his way to ensure that I was consulted and informed about the work needed and what was performed. I brought it multiple times to another dealership and was given the runaround (explanation: my battery was fine, I don't drive my car enough). Upon referral by a ClubLexus forum member, I decided to check out Erin Park Lexus as their service team has great attention to detail. I took a day off and drove 45 minutes to the dealership. I must say this visit was definitely worth the time and drive. Scott Bertrand was my advisor - he blew me away: he was courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and kept me updated during my visit. Thank you to Scott Bertrand and his wonderful team in performing a thorough investigation and going above and beyond to attempt to solve my problem on the spot. I was blown away by the experience and will be returning to this dealership for service and my next Lexus in the future. More
Amazing service experience. I took my recently purchased 2002 IS300 in for an Alignment special (my other car is a 2015 Nissan Leaf). I was somewhat apprehensive at first as the I took my recently purchased 2002 IS300 in for an Alignment special (my other car is a 2015 Nissan Leaf). I was somewhat apprehensive at first as the price of the service and the amount of service provided was an amazing value from a dealer. I was expecting a major upsell on additional work (as this was an older vehicle). But on the contrary I was treated with the great Lexus service experience (which I was not expecting with an old car). Scott took the time to explain what was done with the vehicle and what the technician found from the inspection. I was not upsold on anything I was told exactly what I will need moving forward (which I was very surprised and amazement). For an older vehicle many may want to save and go with an independent shop to save and used aftermarket parts. But with the level of professionalism and service, it wouldn’t make sense not to take my car back to Erin Park Lexus. As it’s always better to install OEM Lexus parts in the car if you want to keep it for a long time. More

I called this morning after I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Scott had me come in immediately even though i didn't have an appointment pre-booked. He correctly assessed that the nail hadn't punctured the tire but still had a technician double check. He also scheduled me in for a full day service that was due this month on the car. I was given a loaner for the day. My car was ready much earlier than expected. The level of professional courtesy and friendliness extended by Scott makes every visit a pleasant experience. Scott treats my car as he would his own! More
