Not what I expected at a Lexus dealership I live in Mississauga and have always travelled 50 minute drive to the dealership I bought my car from since they have treated me so well since owners I live in Mississauga and have always travelled 50 minute drive to the dealership I bought my car from since they have treated me so well since ownership of the vehicle. I decided to save some time and try out this dealership since they seemed highly regarded on here. Total opposite from what my wife and me expected. Everyone there looked like they were forced to work that day and didn't want to. Yeraldin (judy?) seemed a bit stand offish like I was asking too much when I simply asked if there was a shuttle or loaner for the service I was getting. The answer was understandable but the tone wasn't friendly and I am surprised that a Honda dealer would give me a lift across the street anytime and the dealer I go to would go much more beyond to meet my needs. It was a rude no "we won't accomodate that, too bad". I was surprised they asked if I wanted my car washed and discouragingly said it would take up to 40 mins, isn't that something you expect in a luxury brand? When the car was finished I get a call from a gentlemen to cash out, I walked into the service bay saw yeraldin and of course she did not acknowledge me, so I went to the gentlemen (forgot his name) to cash out. I checked the invoice and all the info was wrong, the name, the type of engine my car had and the grade of oil. I expressed some of the concerns and he just shook it off and kind of pushed us out the door to our not so clean car with seats and items placed all over the place in the car. Horrible. I won't be coming back here ever. Gonna keep driving east to the dealership that truly provides the service you expect from a luxury brand. More

While staff from other dealerships might come off as being snobby or disinterested, erin park lexus treats their clients right from sales to service. My family bought three cars from them in one year, and are looking to buy more in the future. I seriously recommend Mr Raj at sales for his flexibility and impeccable customer service before and after purchase. Keep up the great work!! More

He did the right diagnosis, ordered the broken part and kept me in the loop about the part’s arrival and then set me an appointment to get it fixed on the said date. It was 5-star service and an amazing experience having the job done at EPL service department. Whatever you imagine the best in service, you get it. Sid was very meticulous and detail oriented and explained all the services that were rendered. He even assured me of offering discount on future services pertaining to brakes, battery replacement etc. In fact, he did only those services that were required and did not display a propensity of doing unnecessary services which is not an uncommon practice in the auto service sector. Judy was very courteous and escorted me to my car at the time of my leaving. She even called me today to check if everything was satisfactory with my car. More

In fact, time and time again, its been consistently a pleasure to have the vehicle routinely serviced by this dealership. They are so time sensitive; Sid personally ensures promptness, courtesy and the red carpet ! A service vehicle is ready to even before I reach the bay. The service attendant Jessie goes above and beyond to please with her efficient and warm reception and processing of the maintenance of the vehicle. KEEP IT UP GUYS !!! More
