Best in Class! I have visited many dealerships for service - in Ontario and Quebec - and can honestly say this group is special. They truly try to understand the cus I have visited many dealerships for service - in Ontario and Quebec - and can honestly say this group is special. They truly try to understand the customer's POV, and always bring reason, logic and fairness to the situation to try and find a WIN-WIN outcome to almost any dilemma. We have two Lexus vehicles and have been coming here for almost 8 years. Also, the consistency of people - from Raj, to Sid, to Paul, to Carly and Ryan - the fact all these employees have been here as long as they have, tells a story about the environment they work in and their own personal satisfaction with their place of employment. Proffessional and Trustworthy I have purchased cars through various dealers local and overseas for my personnel use, never ever had i been so satisfied by a dealer till i visited E I have purchased cars through various dealers local and overseas for my personnel use, never ever had i been so satisfied by a dealer till i visited Erin mills Lexus. From the sales to after sales (Services) i had bumped into some highly professional persons like Rajput and Sid. Its noteworthy to share that during one of the regular services,I had some complaints on the car, but in no time Sid had addressed them and made sure that i was satisfied. That was simply awesome.
