She listened and made sure all items were covered and also walked me to ensure that I get my loaner car quickly to be able to go back to work. Pickup was just as easy and convenient. My sligtly cracked key cover needed to be replaced and the new one didn't fit. Paul was able to get the new cover altered to make it fit. More
