Not all my experiences with Erin Park Lexus have been good, but since I have been dealing with Scott Bertrand for my service and maintenance needs this has changed. In the past I have been handed service invoices without explanation for some this may be ok but as informed consumer it is imperative that the customer knows what he is paying for. I went to the dealer compare the pricing and product offerings on a set of tires for my RX350. I also wanted to understand the install issues with this vehicle since it has pressure sensing on all whe offerings on a set of tires for my RX350. I also wanted to understand the install issues with this vehicle since it has pressure sensing on all wheels. Scott asked for my other quotes and indicated he would try and match them and provide a discount on the installation. He came within 5 dollars of the prices and a deep discount on the install. Since this was my dealer, it translates into a considerable amount of added value, since they know the vehicle very well and the technicians are factory trained. This dealer knows how to treat their customers, and Scott went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. i can't emphasize enough, how this experience promotes customer loyalty, and demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I receive each time I take my car in for service. This is the fifth car I have purchased from Erin Park Lexus and they continue to impress. The salesman, Abdul Ramadan is wonderful to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable with an outstanding work ethic. The excellent service continues whenever I take my car in. Sid always goes over and above in ensuring everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction. He always meets the commitments he has made. Scott has also been wonderful to deal with as well. Where customer service is lacking in so many businesses, it is so wonderful to always have my expectations exceeded when dealing with Erin Park Lexus. Abdul and Sid who I have dealt with most often are incredible ambassadors for Erin Park Lexus and for the Lexus brand. Given there are many options in the market I continue to go back to Erin Park because of them and I can't say enough about how amazing it is to deal with them.
