He asked me to make myself comfortable in the waiting area while the car was being serviced. Both of them advised me as to what checks needed to be done on the car. Subsequently after the service was completed, Sid came up to me and informed me that the car was ready for me. He once again went over the work that was done and advised me about the next service which will be the first lube service. When I got into the car I was happy to see that the inside of the car was cleant as well. More

I purchased a preowned LX570 in the winter of 2013 from a non Lexus dealer, and I have had Scott do all of the work since I got the truck. Scott is always honest and insightful into the things that should be done on the vehicle to make sure that it continues to perform like it should. Service and Parts are not cheap at Lexus, but I can tell you first hand that you get what you pay for and there is not any dealer out there who will rival their quality of service and customer service.
