Fahmeed was fantastic to deal with, patient, knowledgable, friendly and professional. he took the time to explain the various options and understand what we were looking for, made suggestions, was candid and honest in his advice and helped us get the right car and made it all happen. both Fahmeed and his manager Sean were extremely quick to come back to my emails and questions, were patient as I certainly took my time, were honest and open as I could see that clearly as I had done my due diligence on costs and the car etc and their promptness and honesty certainly made an impact on me. There was no nonsense here that you find generally picked up the car yesterday. for anyone looking for a lexus I would highly recmmend working with Fahmeed and Sean to get the car you want as the service todate as been absolutely exceptional and stellar. thanks for the great exprience guys. you certainly have changed my perception of buy a caring. cheers. This review is for my first time in to this dealership (fall 2013). I went in during the first snow storm of season, without an appointment, to get snow tires and rims. Expected to have to wait at least a (fall 2013). I went in during the first snow storm of season, without an appointment, to get snow tires and rims. Expected to have to wait at least a few days for an appointment to install them given the time of year. Paul was able to have the new rims & tires put on same day. Transportation to/from home was taken care of without having to ask. A sign of Paul going above and beyond in terms of customer service - he remembered that I had come in with my daughter who uses a booster seat in the backseat. When I came back to dealership my daughter didn't join me but Paul didn't know that ahead of time and had gone to great lengths to load my summer tires into the car in a way that wouldn't intefere with my daughter's seat (not an easy task because the car is not big!). Excellent service. More

Our 2013 Lexus RX350 was taken in for one of its major service (Approx 32,000k) as well to have the interior shampooed for my son had vomited in it (due to the stomach flu).
