Ryan and Sid always welcome me by name, and know my vehicle and what was done last time and what is scheduled for this visit. At the end of the service appointment they review what I should expect on the next visit, walk me to my car, which has been washed, and thank my for being a customer. The 5 STAR rating system is not enough, this is a 10 STAR Store. More

Very honest, in a simple problem, which, if he wanted to, could have soaked me with a hefty bill. Engine symbol was showing up on my display panel. I had serious concerns what might this cost me. He zeroed in on what might be the problem. Checked the gas cap, found it sort of loose, tightened it and advised me to always shut the cap tight & secure to avoid air seepage into the motor. Then telling me to go on my merry way advising that the signal on the dashboard would take a few days/weeks to disappear. My nightmares of a considerable bill disappeared!! Right enough, the symbol did disappear in a while. Someone else may have succumbed to the temptation of charging me an 'arm & a leg', for a check on the hoist. My skepticisms of service departments changed dramatically! Sid helped us with pointers when we asked him his advice about what to look for in a Lexus we were interested in buying at a (Jaguar) dealership - now, our current car. Anyone else may have been disinterested in lending free advice, knowing it was from another dealership. But, no, he was very patient in providing us with a lot of good pointers, even though, we could see he was preoccupied with other customers. The receptionist, too, was very welcoming to our presence and to our needs, and volunteered to fetch Sid to consult with us, knowing full well we were buying from another location. How could my wife and I not appreciate the efforts of these employees. Very professional. How can we not continue dealing with this organization? It seems to have changed our skepticisms about dealerships & their garage service...!? More

Purchasing a Lexus has been a goal of mine for some time. One that I viewed as my next big step in life. My grandfather has owned an LS since 1992, and my father has just purchased a GS as well (both from different dealerships). When I first walked into Erin Park Lexus, I was greeted warmly by reception. I did have an appointment booked with Abdul Ramadan, who quickly met with me and welcomed me immediately with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. I immediately felt at ease with Mr. Ramadan. Abdul's knowledge of the entire Lexus line was quite impressive. He was able to pinpoint the car that would suit me best, based on my driving style and a brief discussion about where I am in my life. His exceptional service did not stop their either. Abdul helped me through the entire process, and ensured I was comfortable with everything along the way. Explaining all components clearly and in depth. Abdul made it clear that he wasn't just selling a car, but rather building a relationship. I can assure you, he's done just that. I will continue returning to Erin Park Lexus, and hope to see Mr. Ramadan there on my visits. I will also recommend any friends or family to contact him when they're in the market for a vehicle. I can also assure you, that I will be buying my future cars from him as well. He has gained a friend and client for life. More
