My Service Consultant - Scott Bertrand looked after the usual summer tire installation and tune up. I had mentioned that my son had a minor collision in a non-Lexus auto and that he was looking at getting the damage repaired. Even though his car isn't a Lexus, Scott called over a colleague and had him inspect the damage. They jumped on the phone and found the parts needed...at a large saving....and the car is now in their shop. This isn't the first time Scott and Lexus have looked after me without regard to whether they were benefiting. When people ask me why I am on my 5th Lexus, the answer is simple....the car is terrific and the service always exceeds! More

Recent Service Visit Recently I had to take car in to have warning lights reset. Some service work was diagnosed and performed. Car is a 2007 IS 250 and over the years has been well cared for by the service team and continues to perform as if new. Scott Bertrand was the service rep and as usual did an excellent job. Having said that, the whole team has consistently provided excellent support since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus. Now all my family in the Toronto area drive Lexus and there has been no disappointment. In sales, Abdul Ramadan has been terrific as well as Sid in service management.. TMN More

Within an hour of my call, he had welcomed me into the dealership, diagnosed the problem, and had the car slated for a tire repair. From my call until my tire was fixed - approximately two hours. I always ask for Scott when I need to take my car in for servicing. He is always friendly, efficient, and I trust his advice. I can't recommend him highly enough! More

A seasoned professional who was responsive, fair, and customer focus during a very busy day. Dominika, a new, bright, and friendly sales rep who processed most of our paperwork. I liked the down to earth honesty (especially on the negatives) and the teamwork the dealership displayed. I was not rushed despite the 5 hour visit till past store closing. Our deal was more complicated since Rob took over a sale in process for Eric on vacation, I was a long time BMW customer, and this was my first lease & we took full advantage of the Lexus promotional lease program including the buy down of the rate while effectively simultaneously getting a cash refund on our trade... lots of numbers. Because of the longer delivery time Rob had no issue assessing a second car currently in storage as a potential additional trade in at my convenience. I can’t wait to enjoy my new Lexus. Peter More
