The story of Erin Park Lexus began in 1987 with the opening of Erin Park Toyota. The Lexus brand was introduced in 1991 when the LS400 and ES250 were unveiled in Canada. Erin Park Lexus Toyota was born and the Toyota store was expanded to include a distinct Lexus showroom. In 2004, Lexus was granted its own dealership just down the street from the original Toyota location. Erin Park Lexus has now grown to become one of the largest volume Lexus dealership in the country.

Lexus is a universal premium brand and only the highest level of service is professionalism is expected of it. I am pleased that my experience at Erin Park Lexus has reinstalled its image in my mind. Madiha was instrumental in resolving my Power Trunk issue at no cost, with a minimal of fuss. To put it in perspective, my experience, for another issue, at Lexus Richmond was horrific. He was clear with the financial aspects and details and explained his proposition very clearly. After that Siddiq gave us a tour of the car and showed us around and explained the options list. Simply put, both, Fahmeed and Siddiq made the entire process very easy. Once the deal was finalised, Steve handled the paperwork very well and made everything a smooth breeze. I have been to other dealerships in GTA and found Erin Park Lexus very accommodating. I will highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to Erin Park Lexus and talk to Siddiq and Fahmeed and Steve.. More

The best car buying experience Erin Park Lexus truly values its customers and their focus on this quality gleams through every interaction - be it with service, sales etc. I just bo Erin Park Lexus truly values its customers and their focus on this quality gleams through every interaction - be it with service, sales etc. I just bought my second Lexus from Erin Park via Siddiq and am truly amazed at how Siddiq manages to make the whole process super stress/hassle free. As a product advisor, Siddiq has helped not just me but my friends too with buying a lexus and they all agree that he is simply phenomenal. As mentioned in other reviews, Siddiq takes pride in his customers and treats them like his family. He has this great talent in reading his customers and understanding their thought process. His ability to mould himself to a customer's interest is his biggest asset. He is straight forward when it comes to the number - absolutely no gimmicks and this is the best part. Customer satisfaction is paramount and it shows every time i have a conversation with him. My interactions at Ering Park Lexus has been mostly with Siddiq, Finance department and Service. I can confidently vouch for all these guys and they truly look out for their customers. The whole car buying and ownership experience has become so pleasant and simple and it explains why i am now on my second lexus. I am a person who does thorough research before buying my cars and to anyone who wants to buy Lexus, my recommendation is to go to Erin Park and talk to Siddiq Ahmed.
