The story of Erin Park Lexus began in 1987 with the opening of Erin Park Toyota. The Lexus brand was introduced in 1991 when the LS400 and ES250 were unveiled in Canada. Erin Park Lexus Toyota was born and the Toyota store was expanded to include a distinct Lexus showroom. In 2004, Lexus was granted its own dealership just down the street from the original Toyota location. Erin Park Lexus has now grown to become one of the largest volume Lexus dealership in the country.

This process was very easy and as always Sid exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Carly who went through what was required and when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. She also arranged a shuttle for me. My service was completed on schedule and when I went to pick it up everything had been done. I received a clear explanation of the work that had been performed. My car had also been cleaned both inside and outside and looked fantastic. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I always receive on both the sales and service sides at Erin Park Lexus. The staff continues to go over and above and I genuinely believe that is their competitive advantage. Service like I receive at the dealership is rare these days, but I know I will always receive great service at Erin Park Lexus. Thank you!! More

Not what I expected at a Lexus dealership I live in Mississauga and have always travelled 50 minute drive to the dealership I bought my car from since they have treated me so well since owners I live in Mississauga and have always travelled 50 minute drive to the dealership I bought my car from since they have treated me so well since ownership of the vehicle. I decided to save some time and try out this dealership since they seemed highly regarded on here. Total opposite from what my wife and me expected. Everyone there looked like they were forced to work that day and didn't want to. Yeraldin (judy?) seemed a bit stand offish like I was asking too much when I simply asked if there was a shuttle or loaner for the service I was getting. The answer was understandable but the tone wasn't friendly and I am surprised that a Honda dealer would give me a lift across the street anytime and the dealer I go to would go much more beyond to meet my needs. It was a rude no "we won't accomodate that, too bad". I was surprised they asked if I wanted my car washed and discouragingly said it would take up to 40 mins, isn't that something you expect in a luxury brand? When the car was finished I get a call from a gentlemen to cash out, I walked into the service bay saw yeraldin and of course she did not acknowledge me, so I went to the gentlemen (forgot his name) to cash out. I checked the invoice and all the info was wrong, the name, the type of engine my car had and the grade of oil. I expressed some of the concerns and he just shook it off and kind of pushed us out the door to our not so clean car with seats and items placed all over the place in the car. Horrible. I won't be coming back here ever. Gonna keep driving east to the dealership that truly provides the service you expect from a luxury brand. More

Not only was he knowledgeable about the car but so courteous without being pushy, which is what you see with most dealers. He took time to understand our requirements and guided us in the right direction and that is how we ended up buying our first Lexus RX350. We were in hook,line and sinker. It was a great buying experience and Mr.Ahmed made it a breeze. Come 2016, we decided to make our next big purchase and we shopped again for high end cars and wanted a change of car from Lexus. Mr. Ahmed convinced us that there is no better way to go than LX570,and again we were all in. He explained us the features and we were amazed at his knowledge of the car features and we knew our search ended.He knows and understands the customer so well and makes sure that we get the right car which is not only a good purchase but suits our lifestyle.
