This review has to do with the transfer of a retail agreement. Completely botched by Erin Park. This process started Sept. 18 and might be resolved by Nov. 11, no confirmation yet. The process took so long that the Safety Certificate had to be renewed. I contacted Toyota .financial several times to get the problem resolved but at each step of the way the dealership did not complete the necessary paperwork correctly. I have literally spent several hours since Sept, trying to resolve the issues. Finally Toyota Financial gave up with the dealership and is handling the transfer themselves. More
