I had a best customer service experience dealing with Avery and the Manager Azhar. Amazing people. I have not experience such amazing customer service experience with any other car dealer like this Mazda Avery and the Manager Azhar. Amazing people. Salesperson are great, I brought my car with them. But the financial group CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!! DON’T SELL CARS TO THEM. I went there to make a deal on Thursday. Sales person told me the Cheque w But the financial group CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!! DON’T SELL CARS TO THEM. I went there to make a deal on Thursday. Sales person told me the Cheque will be ready on Monday( since they r having golf thing on Friday morning). When I came back on Monday financial person told me they can not give me money after I give them the car(Totally opposite from what salesperson said) but I understand them. Financial person PROMISED me money will be ready on Tuesday afternoon. Come back on Tuesday, guess what? They have the cheque but not the signatures, so another NO. My flight is on Wednesday morning, that financial guy told me he will even call me 6 am Wednesday morning before flight to let me have the money. Now I am boarding, I didn’t get even a call from them a whole time. Even they promised every time they will contact me. Don’t make promises if you can’t make it happened. More

Worse experience with a dealer ever. I bought a new car and made a 1000 CA$ deposit. They gave me the VIM number a I insured the car. But when I went to pick it up they told me that the car had been sold!! and made a 1000 CA$ deposit. They gave me the VIM number a I insured the car. But when I went to pick it up they told me that the car had been sold!!! On top, they didn't have any car the same color, so they refunded me the deposit. More
Thank you Erin Mills Mazda for your incompetence and terrible customer service. We got so focused on buying a car, we neglected to first read online reviews. I cannot imagine how much more stress yo terrible customer service. We got so focused on buying a car, we neglected to first read online reviews. I cannot imagine how much more stress your dealership would have added to my purchase and future servicing of that vehicle, had I not gotten fed up after you gave us the run-around for 5 days and I went to another dealership who does know customer service. After your Director of Finance could not bother to put any effort into our application for financing nor sales team in finalizing a purchase price, we got fed up and went to another dealership. Within “1 business day” and continuous communication, the other dealership had financing in place and 2 days later we took delivery of our new mazda.. Lesson learned - read reviews before making major purchases and most importantly, read all the 1 star reviews. If there are many and with similar experiences, I personally, would not trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. More
I have bought many cars over my 56 years on earth, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. It was next to impossible to negotiate a proper price for the car, and the trade-in because the sale this was by far the worst experience of my life. It was next to impossible to negotiate a proper price for the car, and the trade-in because the salesperson insisted on talking about payments rather than price. We should have walked out at that point. The whole process took over five-and-a-half hours, by the end of which nobody can think straight anymore. As part of the transaction, we bought winter tires and rims. When I went to put them on, not only were there no pressure sensors, but the wheels aren’t even the same size as the summer ones. Don’t even get me started on the confusion about whether or not our trade-in should have included the summer wheels. I regret ever even setting foot in that building. Too bad, because the car is actually really good. I just wish we’d gone somewhere else to buy it. We would have saved time, money, and energy. More
