We were able to have the vehicle brought to us to try out due to the weather and darkness. After some compromise on both our parts, I believe we all came away with a smile. In the end, the vehicle was delivered to us at our home. Rose and I dealt with two very pleasant people. If ever we must purchase another vehicle we will give this dealership their due. More

Purchased 2021 Rogue. At first it was a good service but after purchasing, it was so hassle. They delivered the vehicle to my place and there’s a chip off on the wind shield, which I have to send it to auto after purchasing, it was so hassle. Good thing I got to fixed it right away or else it will cost me alot. Also they forgot the important document that I needed to register the vehicle so I have to wait and I have no means of transportation going to work because I traded my old vehicle. The tax was calculated wrong, so I have to pay more upon registration. We talked to them, they said they’re not gonna shoulder it. Then up to now they haven’t send to me the floor mats which part of the deal. I followed up, but no response on my second follow up, not even updates. It was a poor experience. More
