We are increasingly frustrated with service. They use scare tactics to suggest our vehicles are not fit for the road and when we have the work done or get a second opinion, the service is often They use scare tactics to suggest our vehicles are not fit for the road and when we have the work done or get a second opinion, the service is often not even required. An example is requiring replacement of rotors instead of turning when they are like new. Another example is telling us that the lower control arms are so bad a tire is going to fall off and kill people which is not even close to reality. We have started going elsewhere for service. More

I purchased a used SUV from Ens Toyota. My sales person was Taylor Lemecha. I found him very personable and helpful. I did not feel pressured in anyway. He took all the time to answered My sales person was Taylor Lemecha. I found him very personable and helpful. I did not feel pressured in anyway. He took all the time to answered my questions and explain the features of the vehicle. I returned a couple of times after purchasing the vehicle to ask questions not once did he did not make me feel like I was putting him out. Ens are also replacing some molding that had come loose on my vehicle at no charge to me. What a great Dealership. I have nothing but good thinks to say about the way I have been treated from the friendly receptionists to the awesome young sale man Taylor Lemecha. More
