My review is on the RAV4 2020. Recently I was out on the highway and it was very windy, you could feel the wind moving the car somewhat. I put on the lane radar and as I came around a slight corner at abou highway and it was very windy, you could feel the wind moving the car somewhat. I put on the lane radar and as I came around a slight corner at about 100 km/hour it went up to the center line and then it just snapped back. I turned off immediately and less than a half hour later a message came up saying that the 4 wheel drive was off and only 2 wheel drive available. It was fine when up to speed on flat but going up slight hills or trying to accelerate it would not accelerate as normal. From 80 km/hr to 100 km/hr it actually shuddered. I took into a dealership in Calgary when I arrived and there had been a lot of misfire reports that showed up on the machine. ??So, somehow it still gets the same amount of fuel but not accelerating, so not using the fuel. Potentially dangerous as you cannot accelerate as normal and there is no way to reset this without going into a dealer. Toyota needs to look at this problem asap. Toyota makes it clear that problems with the digital systems not necessarily covered by warranty but these are design issues. More
