I tried to have a hitch installed on my 2006 Sienna (now almost 20 years old). The accessories guy was great to deal with and helped me understand my options, and warned me about possible challenges with in almost 20 years old). It turned out that my mounting holes were simply too rusted out to be safely re-tapped, and so they called to tell me that they could not complete the install after I had dropped it off for service, and that it would be unsafe to go ahead without some professional welding. They gave me the name of a welding shop in the area. I'm thankful that they were honest about it, and at the end of it all I did not have to pay for the parts or labour time to figure out that they could not complete the installation. I asked them to do an oil change, and they washed the vehicle nicely for me. I'm happy with the service and communication about it, even though I couldn't get what I hoped for with my older vehicle. Thanks guys! More
