Came in for oil change. I always have great service, however this visit was different. The advisor said it would be ready by noon. It was not. Mechanic’s need to be more observant when doing there work. Never finished torquing the driver’s wheel lugs could have been a major accident or damage. I am not from Saskatoon, had an emergency with my Toyota 4runner. The service department fit me in. Reese Becker was my service advisor. Bad customer service. I went in for a recall which is scheduled at 11 am and when asked for more service I asked for an oil change. I told the lady service advisor that I I went in for a recall which is scheduled at 11 am and when asked for more service I asked for an oil change. I told the lady service advisor that I have to return to work at 1 pm and that I need to go before that time. She was aware of it since I told her many times until she said okay. I was waiting in the waiting area and she phoned me at 12:05 pm saying if I need more service. I told her no, so she said they will just be wrapping up the service as there is no other service to be done. I was waiting till 12:40 pm I went to the service area and asked. The lady is not there so I asked the other service advisor next to her station. He said he don't know anything. I asked him where is my car cause I have to work at 1 pm and I still have to pay. He asked for my family name and then searched for the document. The service was already done but the advisor went to lunch and just left the papers in their bin without even transferring/forwarding the account to anyone that is in there. So we processed the payment and I returned to work late that day because there was no coordination in this dealership. They don't care about their clients. The recall is about the battery. They replaced the battery but put them back with a holder that is crooked making the battery shake easily. I went to another mechanic and he fixed them. More
