Perfectly average service performance. Sometimes very good staff, other times you would think you were having a root canal. "Shari" only told me the cost of the maps, when I asked - WITHOUT telling me there would be a $150 installation fee for them. Now THAT'S misleading.... More

Service was great, advisor (Ken? ) was friendly and helpful. They fit me in without an appointment when my vehicle would not start, and performed diagnostics at no charge. Also washed my vehicle, unfortunately there was some muck on the inside of the driver's door when I picked it up. Only concern is that this large dealership does not provide loaners, even when my vehicle was in the shop for a week following a collision on a different occasion - no loaners - inconvenient and expensive to have to rent a vehicle when getting service for a vehicle that was purchased there! Shuttle driver Steve was awesome. 9/10 for this particular visit only b/c of no loaners!! More

Had vehicles in for an oil change… Few days later I noticed an oil leak. Returned to dealership Monday morning. Service was extremely busy but Haley took the time to look after me. 1/2 hour later small noticed an oil leak. Returned to dealership Monday morning. Service was extremely busy but Haley took the time to look after me. 1/2 hour later small issue was fixed. Service Manger sent out crew member to clean oil from garage floor. All was looked after within 1 hr GREAT JOB to all. More
