great customer service. BUT… the people in charge of washing the vehicles appear to not care if they leave swirl marks on your car. Few years ago i brought in my IS250 for a BUT… the people in charge of washing the vehicles appear to not care if they leave swirl marks on your car. Few years ago i brought in my IS250 for a service, great experience but after it was washed, it left swirl marks all over my car. How did i know it was them? Because the car had its drivers door freshly repainted by a bodyshop few days before and then it’s magically all swirled up after my service, i also do paint corrections myself so i’d say i have a good eye when it comes to car paint. I brought up this issue with scott and they made it right with a paint correction. Fast forward a year later i then had an ES350. Same thing happened unfortunately, brought it in for a service and then it had swirl marks after the complimentary wash but not as bad as last time so i shrugged it off and did a quick polish myself. And moving to present day, i brought in my LS460 for a service and i was originally going to tell them not to wash the car but i wanted to see if they’d improved. Boy i was wrong. again, swirl marks all over. Possibly because of using dirty towels or just not using proper wash methods/using a waterless wash but not using enough solution. Most people have no complaints because they’re happy after seeing that their car was washed for free. But people who detail cars (like myself) will definitely notice when their car has been swirled up or scratched by somebody else. The overall customer service is phenomenal, especially Scott and Thomas. However, the detailing department needs work. I will probably still bring in my vehicles for service in the future BUT i will for sure tell them NOT to wash my vehicle even if it’s free. More
