I went in to change my winter tires. Got a call to pick up the car because it was ready. The car was not ready. Has to be washed. Then when I got home I couldn't find the winter set of lugs in the car, only the key... Called them back right away and they said the service department was closing and they had to look for it on Monday... The lady on the phone was nice and said they would mail it to me. Hopefully it works out. A simple tire change (wheels on rims) and now I have to spend my time cleaning the visor and tracking down my own set of winter lugs... Unimpressed I usually go to Parkview BMW. Only went here because I store my tires closer to Endras BMW. More

Visited Endras BMW after an unhappy trip to my local BMW Mississauga. An extreme contrast in quality, friendliness, and first and foremost, fair pricing. I was initially greeted by Kevin, and warmly welcomed; We discussed the options and background of a specific used vehicle that I had located via Autotrader. While test-driving the vehicle, Kevin explained the options on the vehicle, and the 50/50 weight distribution. Needless to say, we were happy enough to discuss pricing upon return (although initially we had decided beforehand not to make a decision unless we were confident that we could negotiate a price to a reasonable amount). We were shown the various financing rates and total costs involved in the specified vehicle at the asking price. At this point, due to the helpfulness of Kevin, and extreme friendliness of the adjoining MINI staff located in the same building; in addition to an already fair price, we were ready to throw out our offer. Although negotiations were lengthy, Dave and myself (alongside Kevin) were able to come to an extremely attractive deal for a certified vehicle with years of warranty left, and agreed on a contract with financing that I was very comfortable committing to. Financing seemed to be quite hectic (re. BMW Credit), and although labor inducing, was finalized with relative ease thanks to the help of Shannon within a few days. Note also, Rajiv was more than happy to answer questions on the new vehicles in stock (although I was only inquiring for future purchases/family). Overall, a great transaction owed to the staff at Ajax Endras BMW/MINI. Happy to recommend, will definitely do business with again, and left this afternoon with my BMW X5 with a smile and no regrets. This is my 3rd new BMW purchased from Endras BMW. I have always been extremely satisfied with both the sales support and service by Endras, so going with them for number 3 was an easy decision. I’ve been driving for more than 45 years and have bought a lot of vehicles during that time and dealt with a lot of dealerships and none can hold a candle to Endras when it comes to a friendly, helpful and professional staff. This time I was in the market for a smaller SAV and having researched my options online an after a X1 test drive at Endras, I knew exactly what I wanted (model, colour, packages, options, etc). My client advisor, Roy Miley, was immediately able to locate the exact X1 model and specifications I wanted – which, at the time, was on its way from Germany to Quebec. Within minutes it was being diverted to Endras. There were a few additional aftermarket mods I wanted on the vehicle and Roy looked after all that, so that 2 days after the vehicle arrived at Endras, all the mods were done and I took delivery. I was really pleased and impressed with Roy – who was without doubt, the most helpful and responsive client advisor or sales person I’ve ever dealt with - particularly in the area of communication. He was extremely responsive to any phone call or email I sent him and he kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the entire purchase process or with the BMW X1. I highly recommend Endras to anyone considering a BMW. More

I was looking for a used BMW 335i xdrive Coupe for 6 months. I had a budget and a car in mind. A few weeks ago I came upon a car that was fitting 100% my criterias but it was in Ontario and I was in Que months. I had a budget and a car in mind. I contacted the dealer, and Kevin Ghazi got back to me about an hour after my e-mail inquiry. Kevin quickly understood what type of buyer I was and worked hard to get me the price I was looking for. He did not try to sell me something else, he just worked with me on the price. We closed the deal over the phone and Kevin then put me in touch with Michelle Beauvais for the financing. Michelle was wonderful. She did not try to sell me anything that I was not interested in, and processed all the paperwork on the phone. She went above and beyond to help me since my case was not 100% typical (out of province buyer). The car was delivered 3 days after we closed the deal, on a Saturday. I took the train from Montreal, traveled to Oshawa, picked up the car at the Dealership, and drove back to Montreal. Everything was ready when I arrived, the car was perfectly in shape and clean, and I didn't spend much more than 60 minutes at the dealership. That's the way I like it. When I got back to Quebec, I realized I was missing a paper to plate the car. Kevin sent it to me right away and I was in business.
