We already own a BMW so we were familiar with the service department. From the moment we went in looking to purchase another BMW we were impressed. Over the next couple of days as we were considering our options, we dealt with David Ferguson, Rob Leccese and Chloe Hamilton. Though we mainly dealt with Terry and David, all were exceptional. Although we had been looking at other vehicles, after dealing with the staff at Endras we knew we did not want to return to any other dealers.
