Fantastic Went into the dealership after receiving the trade in flyer. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a gentleman from the head office, We Went into the dealership after receiving the trade in flyer. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a gentleman from the head office, We asked if we had bought from the dealership before and who our sales person was. Ann was with other customers at the time, but quickly came out to find out what we were looking for, and scheduled a test drive for us while she was finishing up with the other customers. We came back to dealership and spoke with Ann, I had asked to see the same truck with a different interior, And then another truck, then back to original, and one last time to the final two choices. Needless to say she was extremely patient with us...3 hours later we went to talk with Don. While he did try and push the extended warranty etc, after we had said no to the most of extras that was it, no trying to convince us, why we needed it. We appreciated it very much. Fast forward to pick up day, we signed the paperwork and Ann did an excellent job explaining the details of the truck to us. More

Charlie explained everything about the car and we put a deal together. The finance people were very thorow and explained how thing would be done.
