My First Chrysler (Ram Truck) I have never owned a Chrysler product or even visited a dealership. I've seen a lot of Ram trucks on the road, so when it was time to replace my GMC I have never owned a Chrysler product or even visited a dealership. I've seen a lot of Ram trucks on the road, so when it was time to replace my GMC truck I thought maybe it was time to have a look. I was pleasantly surprised with the ride and build quality of the Ram. The dealership didn't have quite the right truck (very close though). "No problem", they said, "we'll find it for you". Within a day they found one and when that one was found to be pre-sold, within another day they had found another. Charlie called me in the evenings to keep me updated and even came into work on his off-time to accommodate me so we could complete the deal and secure the truck. More
