Once we got past this initial frustration, we worked directly with Brad and Jason McLean to work out which van we would choose. This was an easy and satisfying process. Once this was decided, the process was great. Negotiation of price was fair and on our terms. We feel the agreed price for the can was excellent. The sales team and the finance manager worked to get the paperwork done quickly and we were able to drive away in our new ride the next day. Well done Eastern! This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and I was a bit hesitant since I had strong ties to my trade-in. My salesman, Brad Dorge made my friends and I feel welcome right from the beginning. He was very friendly and informative about my available options; he understood what I was looking for in a new vehicle and provided me with a full insight on what I could expect. What I really liked was that Brad offered his personal opinions and reflected on his own experiences during conversation, which to me showed a great deal of honesty and trustworthiness. Throughout the entire experience I felt very comfortable and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Each time we returned to the dealership Brad made sure that he was available and spent as much time with us as we needed. Brad was attentive to all of my friends and my inquiries and made an effort to see that all of our requests were met during the final negotiation.
