(he stayed late to close the deal!) Several years later, again needing a replacement vehicle we looked at a number of different vehicles at a number of dealerships. On our way home from visiting my parents we decided to stop by and see what Eastern had in stock. Andrew recognised us immediately, and asked us to wait a few minutes while he finished with other clients. Sean wanted to test drive something that he seen advertised, but Andrew asked him to wait as he had "just what we wanted". The van had just come in on trade and not even been cleaned yet. And Andrew was right, it was exactly what we were looking for! Andrew was very attentive as a salesperson, knew what we wanted/needed and found us the right vehicle immediately. Andrew never once spoke down to me as the "little woman" as some dealers had, and he made sure that I was going to be happy with the vehicle as I was going to be the primary driver. Andrew was sincere and fun to deal with. I have recommended him to others looking for vehicles and will likely end up purchasing my next vehicle from him as well!
