Great Customer Experience I recently just bought a new 2014 Ram Outdoorsman from Andrew at Eastern Dodge. I have been in to see him a few times and he is always very helpful a I recently just bought a new 2014 Ram Outdoorsman from Andrew at Eastern Dodge. I have been in to see him a few times and he is always very helpful and knows his products. Everytime I've called he was there to answer questions and always made time for me when I came down to look at vehicles. Greg was my finance manager there and did an excellent job getting the rate and term I wanted for my loan. Both guys went out of there way to get me into the truck I wanted. Rod Bell was the products advisor that assisted me with finding the vehicle that was perfect for me. In the inital visit, he completed a survey which gave him an idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for, in regards to performance, appearance, price range, etc. This tool was excellent in ensuring that my experience and the vehicle I was shopping for was custom to my taste. Rod went above and beyond throughout the entire car buying experience, from the initial test drive - he kindly offered to take down the hard top of Jeep Wrangler Sahara in order for me to fully experience the vehicle's potential, ensuring I was content when I needed to wait for paperwork to be processed, and lastly and most important of all - he did a wonderful job in making this experience very personable. He would offer his time to me even after the Jeep was already in my possession, ensuring that I was still loving and enjoying my new vehicle. Which I still do! He went out of his way to look after us by making arrangements for us to view the vehicle outside of the dealerships regular business hours as well as through his video e-mails.
